Non-residential customer that has opened offshore account can apply offshore loans. After the necessary financial documents, certificate of financial credit, relative guarantee or mortgage are submitted and accepted, SPDB will sign the "Loan Agreement" and grant the loan accordingly.

Offshore Loan Types

Credit Loan: granted according to the credit facility offered to the borrower by SPDB.
Mortgage Loan: granted with mortgage provided by the borrower or third party that shall comply with the regulation.
Pledge Loan: pledged with the borrower's or non-resident third party's movable property or rights.
Loan against guarantee: secured by the non-resident third party's warrantee.

Syndication

Mid and long term large amount loan being organized by a bank and participated by several banks.

Loan Interest Rate

Floating or fixed interest rate according to LIBOR or HIBOR.
