- You are a Chinese citizen or resident in China.
- You have a full-time job and stable income.
(Other regulations and stipulations concerning qualifications of a borrower are also applicable here.)
You shall provide the following documents to the bank |

- A valid ID card and a certificate of permanent residence.
- A certificate of marital status.
- A certificate of income.
- Application Form for Personal Comprehensive Credit Line (available at any SPDB branch).
- Other documents required by the bank.
Loan Amount/Credit Line |

A Personal Comprehensive Credit Line includes a pledge credit line, a mortgage credit line and a clean credit line. In particular, the clean credit line for any individual customer shall not exceed RMB300,000 yuan. The exact pledge line, mortgage line and clean credit line shall be determined as follows: - A pledge credit line up to 90% of the par value will be granted for any object of pledge recognized by SPDB (such as CD issued by SPDB or Treasury Bonds for which SDPB serves as the sales agent) and in case of a CD in foreign currency, the ledge line shall not exceed 80% of the par value.
- A mortgage credit line up to 70% of the value recognized by SPDB will be granted for a proprietary property placed at mortgage.
- If you choose to get a clean credit line, the exact amount of the credit line shall be determined by SPDB via a credit rating process based on the documents/materials provided by you and reviews by the bank.

A Credit Line so granted shall have a tenor no more than 5 year and shall be subject to annual review by the bank.

You may choose to get a credit line from SPDB either through pledge, mortgage or clean (please refer to 3. Loan Amount/ Credit Line).
Repayment |

Repayment of loan within credit facility shall be made in accordance with SPDB's relevant regulations and stipulations on personal consumption loans. A borrower shall repay the principal and interests accrued at the due date if the loan has a tenor within 1 year. For loans with a tenor over 1 year, a borrower may choose one of the repayment patterns as follows:

For loans with a tenor over 1 year, starting from the first due date in the next year, the interest rate shall be reset once a year, with the first due date each year being the specific day for such rate resetting. Starting from the first due date each year, the regulatory loan rates promulgated by the People's Bank of China on January 1st of the year shall apply. Should any disparity of interest rates occur during the period, the interests shall be calculated separately according to the different rates.
