Issuing Statement of Deposits

Any customer that has RMB or FX savings & deposits account with our Bank can apply for the bank to issue a Certificate of Deposits.
In principle, such application shall be from the depositor himself/herself. If the applicant is anybody other than the depositor himself/herself, copies of both the consignor's and the consignee's IDs shall be presented, as well as the trust deed issued by the depositor.
The application shall be made to the bank branch where the deposits account is opened.
In case the Term Deposit Certificate (Book) has been reported for a case of loss, before the relevant formalities for re-issuing a new CD or (deposit book) have been completed, no application shall not be accepted for issuing a certificate of deposits.
RMB 20 yuan will be charged as service charge for every case of issuance. | | | | | | | | |
