RMB Bills Trans-discount(with Repurchase) is operated between banks for fund refinancing. That is, the applicant bank applies bills trans-discounting to SPDB for fund financing and on the due date the applicant bank will repurchase the bills that has been trans-discounted by SPDB.

Procedure SPDB adopts a quicker credit review procedure and lower requirement in the business procedure of bills trans-discount with repurchase than that of without repurchase.
