On June 1st, a donation ceremony was held at BaoAi School in Suzhou Industrial Zone, and the “recreation room” for the disabled kids of the school was established with SPDB’s donation.
Guests from all circles visited the modern recovery facilities of the school and the school master also gave a report on the history of the school and donation received from the society and the current situation of kids’ therapy and education. During the ceremony, Branch manager of SPDB sent the warm greetings to the kids and also expressed sincere respect to the faculty members for their charity deeds. He also illustrated the SPDB’s philosophy of bringing return to the society and the bank’s commitment to charity cause. The whole ceremony ended with the chorus of “Friends” by the kids.
The charity project gained strong support from all the staff of the bank which had successfully collected over 1500 books, more than 600 pieces of toys and hundreds of various other stationary. Besides, the bank also donated 3000 Yuan to help to buy special made desks for disabled kids.
The project to help to disabled kids reflected the bank’s care for the kids, commitment and responsibility towards the whole society.
