2. First Class professional teams: we take pride in our elite team of professionals in finance, accounting, securities, and real estate investment field, which includes 5 doctors, over 80% of our staffs have master degree and above and most backbone staffs have rich experience in financial service.

Abundant service experience: we have acted as the lead lender or arranger for large infrastructures and enterprise development projects such as deepwater port project of Shanghai International Shipping Center, the project of No.9 Shanghai Metro Line, restructuring project for Beijing urban power grid by North China Power Grid Corporation, municipal infrastructures in Binhai New District of Tianjin, and restructuring project of inner ring road of Nanjing and so on; and we were the main underwriter of commercial paper for many large companies and public listed corporations such as Shanghai Port Container Co., Ltd, Laiwu Steel and Iron Co.(Group)and so on; and we were the financial consultant for many large infrastructure projects such as Pudong International Airport, and comprehensive renovation of Suzhou River,and we have established cooperative relations with several foreign governments and institutions to carry out the transfer financing business through foreign government involving fields such as energy and environment protection,etc.
